Farhan Qurashi

Mr. Qurashi is an accredited real estate appraiser (AACI, P.App) with a primary focus on preparing appraisal reports and conducting consulting assignments for matters related to expropriation, litigation, and dispositions.

He has completed a wide range of valuation assignments for both the private and public sector, across a multitude of property types including: development land, office, industrial, shopping malls, retail plazas, institutional, special purpose, multi-residential, and residential. He engages in complex real estate valuations including partial interests, injurious affection as a result of expropriation, valuation of ground leases, as well as assignments involving subsurface rights and air rights.

Mr. Qurashi brings considerable cross-sector experience, drawing from a diverse experience of finance and operational roles held throughout his career. Prior to joining gsi, he was instrumental in evolving the real estate development strategy at Restaurant Brands International, providing strategic investment initiatives and analytics to grow the Tim Hortons real estate portfolio and brand.
