Peter Rusin

Specializing in a wide range of real property consulting, advisory, appraisal, and property acquisition and negotiation services for all public sector levels of government, government agencies, and private sector clients, Peter Rusin has served a diverse clientele throughout the Province of Ontario since 1988.

Peter continues to be actively engaged in a variety of transportation infrastructure initiatives across the GTHA, including current and past assignments for land assemblies and property acquisitions and dispositions: Provincial Regional Express Rail Expansion; Hamilton LRT; Hurontario LRT; GO Stations; York Region Bus Rapid Transit; assorted Grade Separations; Toronto Subway Extension; Transit Oriented Development related assignments; Pre-Construction Engineering and Environmental Due Diligence.

Peter also provides a wide range of Expropriation services including appraisal, amicable settlements, and litigation support.  His past role as a Member of the Board of Negotiation chairing Land Compensation Disputes, rounds out his diverse range of experience in a unique segment of the real estate industry.
